Our 18 inch tall shoji lamp is handcrafted by artisans in Guangdong province of mainland China. The piece is constructed from hard, light weight Ramin wood halogen lamp socket and tough, pressed pulp rice paper. The socket is designed for a 60 watt bulb, with a UL approved socket halogen lamp socket and switch. A stylized bamboo tree design is printed onto the rice paper on all four sides. The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in color halogen lamp socket and sizing. Subtle shade variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities.
